What you'll do
Development and implementation of compensation policies, programs and processes
Running the annual compensation processes in line with relevant regulations
Performing job evaluations and participates in benchmark surveys
Preparation of analyses and presentations for Nomination & Remuneration Committee meetings
Development, implementation and maintenance of benefits programs such as pension plans, life, health, and disability insurance
maintenance of HR information systems and ensures high quality of HR data
Monitoring HR information needs and designing new or modifying existing systems to meet changing requirements
Managing HR Controlling and defining and reporting of various HR KPIs to relevant stakeholders
What you'll need
Certified HR Specialist or Bachelor's degree in the relevant field is required
Possess a successful track record and work experience in Compensation Management and HRIS
Analytical skills and detail-oriented
In depth knowledge of remuneration regulations and governance (VegüV/CH/EU)
Proficiency in Excel
Fluent in English and German (written & spoken)
