About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant Trainee to join our Zurich office. This part-time ( mini 60% to 100%) internship is designed for ambitious students who want to develop their skills in sales, recruitment, and client relationship management alongside their academic commitments.

What You'll Do:
As a Recruitment Consultant Trainee, you will:

• Gain expertise in your sector by working with exciting clients and candidates.
• Collaborate closely with top-performing consultants, learning from their extensive experience in business development and recruitment.
• Develop your sales skills by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our client base.
• Enhance your negotiation abilities and learn how to close deals effectively, ensuring both clients and candidates find the right solutions.
• Master the end-to-end recruitment process - from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews - all while driving business growth.

What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have:

• A proactive mindset with a passion for business development and recruitment.
• Confidence and strong communication skills to engage with high-level clients and candidates.
• A professional demeanor, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
• Fluency in Swiss-German and a good level of English (additional languages are a plus).
• Ambition, motivation, and a results-driven attitude.
• Availability to work a minimum of 3 full days per week (60%-100%).
• A commitment to a minimum 6-month traineeship (with the possibility of extending further).

Prior experience in recruitment or sales is a plus but not required-we're looking for individuals eager to learn and grow!
