Description
You will report directly to the Head of Marketing & Sales Switzerland and will have the following responsibilities:
Support in coordinating and implementing marketing projects, including collaboration with external agencies
Assistance in executing marketing activities (e.g. preparing mailings and marketing materials for the field force)
Monitoring of pricing and support with administrative tasks related to price adjustments
Coordination of marketing material approval processes via Veeva
Management of translation processes for marketing content in collaboration with external partners
Creation and formatting of presentations, diagrams, and tables
Application for product codes via HCI-Solutions/Ref-Data (national healthcare product codes)
Support with contracting and documentation of sponsorships to ensure compliance
Assistance with planning and logistics for internal and external events
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Alternatively, a commercial apprenticeship or equivalent vocational training with a focus on marketing or administration may be considered
1-2 years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, or commercial support, ideally within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industries
Experience collaborating with marketing agencies and using digital tools (e.g., Veeva), along with a proven ability to coordinate cross-functional projects
Familiarity with translation workflows and collaboration with external agencies for multilingual marketing materials
Fluent in German and English
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and administrative talent with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
Team-player and effective communicator who collaborates well with internal and external stakeholders
High attention to detail and accuracy in the execution of materials and documentation
