As an Asset Manager, you will be mainly responsible for:
* Helping the team analyze potential investments, both in terms of technical and financial aspects.
* Overseeing developments (constructions or renovations), representing the owner in dealings with the selected contractors.

Description
Real Estate Investment activities:
Conduct market and asset-level research to support acquisition strategy.
Perform financial modelling and scenario analysis (DCF, hedonistic, etc.).
Conduct due diligence processes across technical, legal, and financial aspects.
Perform investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Real Estate Project Development activities:
Supervise development and renovation projects, acting as the owner's representative.
Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality standards with local partners and consultants.
Identify and manage key risks; ensure compliance with contractual and technical obligations.
Track asset performance against business plans and support leasing or disposal strategy.
