We're looking for a motivated and creative Content Marketing Project Coordinator to join us. If you're passionate about storytelling, enjoy juggling multiple projects, and want to grow in a collaborative environment in a fantastic team, we want to hear from you!
Content planning:
- Liaise with project managers and internal stakeholders and assist in developing content ideas aligned with business goals
- Help plan production and publishing timelines, ensuring timely delivery
- Keep up to date with content trends and suggest fresh ideas
Content creation:
- Assist and coordinate production of blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, and various other content, in written and audiovisual formats
- Liaise with the creative teams and freelance writers, ensure content meets brand guidelines and agreed messaging
- Support editing and proofreading content for clarity, grammar, and overall quality and optimizing for SEO
SEO:
- Assist in SEO projects on request, such as identifying keywords and content gaps, collecting data on search volumes and difficulty, improving on page SEO, getting backlinks
Project management:
- Coordinate and liaise with writers, designers, project managers and other internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and keeping everyone informed
- Oversee content production schedules, ensuring deadlines are met. Track tasks and monitor project progress
- A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, or business, and professional experience in the field (marketing team, or agency) of at least 1 year
- Content writing and editing: strong English skills
- Marketing knowledge: Basic understanding of digital marketing tactics, SEO, and best practices e.g. for social media
- Creativity: Ability to come up with fresh ideas for written and visual formats (photos, illustrations, video) and understand the importance of a consistent brand voice
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with multiple teams in a complex organizational setting
- Project management: Familiarity with project management, able to quickly learn new tools, set timelines, and track tasks
