- Betreuung & Weiterentwicklung der Verkaufssoftware für den Aussendienst
- Vendor management und generelle Admin-Aufgaben inkl. Unterstützung in der Rechnungsabwicklung
- Planung, Gestaltung und Umsetzung von internen & externen (Kunden-)Veranstaltungen, Event Management
- Planung und Unterstützung in der Umsetzung von Print-Massnahmen
- Planung und Umsetzung der Prozessoptimierung sowie Management der Verkaufssoftware CropExpert, einschließlich Datenbankpflege in Kooperation mit IT, Softwareanbieter und Außendienst

Qualifications
- Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung, idealerweise als Schnittstelle zwischen Außendienst und externem Softwaresupport
- Gute SAP Kenntnisse sind wünschenswert
- Agronomische und Landwirtschaftliche Basiskenntnisse und Interesse an Pflanzenschutz Ölandwirtschaftlichen Themen in der Praxis von Vorteil
- Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich IT Kundensupport / Daten-Analyse
- Erfahrung mit Prozessoptimierung & Complaint Management für Softwareapplikationen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse,
- Französischkenntnisse sind besonders vorteilhaft
- Erfahrung in der Organisation und Durchführung von Events
- Ausgezeichnete organisations- und abteilungsübergreifende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
