Because our business is growing fast, we are looking for talented people to strengthen our main offices that provide support to all restaurants. To complement its Marketing department based in Crissier, McDonald's Switzerland is looking to fill the role of :
National Operations Specialist (80-100%)
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of national operational strategies and ensuring administrative and organisational coordination for the Operations department, in order to guarantee consistent standards and effective project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Administration and Coordination
- Organize and coordinate strategic meetings (SET, BLC, Business Meetings, CoOp Meetings), including agendas and follow-ups
- Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and logistical coordination for Management and Operations teams
- Prepare, update, translate, and distribute operational and strategic documentation
- Maintain and continuously update the virtual library and reference materials
- Manage and coordinate the restaurant recognition and reward program
National Operational Support
- Support the deployment of national operational strategies and initiatives in restaurants
- Monitor and follow up on operational projects through field visits, including the PACE program
- Conduct operational standards checks and support continuous improvement
- Participate in restaurant openings, renovations, and national rollouts
- Act as a liaison between Head Office, regional teams, and restaurants, ensuring clear communication
Tools and Project Management
- Support the development, rollout, and maintenance of tools used by restaurant teams
- Coordinate updates, testing, and implementation of operational tools
- Analyze performance data and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities
- Provide second-level support to restaurants and regional teams
- Contribute to national operational projects from planning through execution
What You Need to be Successful:
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in an international environment
- A CFC (Swiss Federal Certificate) in Commerce or equivalent qualification
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar administrative or operational coordination role
- Strong proficiency with office tools and internal systems
- A structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in French and English, Germain is a plus
