As an IT Support Analyst you will be responsible of the support and maintenance of our commercial systems (consumer database solutions, retailer apps, digital platforms and mobile apps) using service management, providing support to our commercial organization, such as our field force or contact center agents. Utilizing the correct governance to help PMI employees achieve their business objectives.
MAIN TASKS
* Providing technical support to teams within the organization
* Managing ticketed support system and ensuring list requests and resolutions is kept up to date
* Identifying and resolving technical issues
* Apply service management methodology and usability practices. Maintain active contact and communication with stakeholders and provide advice and consulting to managements on business matters having IT implications.
* Possessing specialist knowledge of operating systems, devices, applications and software
* Assisting with systems integrations
* Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
* Managing support coordination at a local and global level where required
* Communicating maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organization's systems
* Resolve complex project related issues by analyzing, identifying and facilitating the emergence of solutions leading to optimal resolution.
YOUR PROFILE
* An analytical mind team player with university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
* Track record of at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in supporting IT systems and services.
* Understanding of organizations business and able to discuss business requirements with leadership outside of IT and ability to develop and articulate technical concepts for general use
* Sound understanding of current and future Technology capability
* Excellent digital skills, combined with knowledge on customer support, consumer engagement and communications.
* Experience in the deployment of mobile apps and Digital/CRM solutions
* Profficiency on JIRA Ticketing system would be a plus
* Experience in data analytics and transactional sales systems is an asset
* Excellent stakeholder relationship management
* Strong creative skills, with knowledge in app design and UX
* Familiar and curious about digital marketing including social media platforms and content creation
* Fluent in both written and spoken English
* Drive for results, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ready to work in a challenging business environment.
* Ability to connect strategy to execution, assess current state and support execution of transformation plans.
* Detailed and customer focused with a strategic commercial mindset.
* Advanced partner management, negotiation and influencing skills
