Business Analysis - Compliance vacancy for our Switzerland based client, a leading global Private Bank.

Your tasks:

• Define business requirements within the Compliance area.
• Develop dashboard requirement specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Analyse and document business processes.

You will collaborate closely with compliance stakeholders and project teams to define business requirements, develop dashboard specifications, and analyse processes within a regulatory framework. Your insights will directly support strategic decision-making and ensure alignment with evolving compliance standards in a dynamic and agile environment.

Additional Project Details:

• Work location: Zürich / Hybrid (up to 2 days WFH, only allowed within CH)
• Duration: Start in October until 31.01.2026 (extension possible)
• Employment: Through Swisslinx

Requirements:

Your profile:

• Proven experience in business analysis within a compliance context.
• Strong knowledge of compliance regulations and standards.
• Experience in defining dashboard requirements.
• Language skills: English fluent
• Strong analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
