What impact do you have?
Growth Focus: Take ownership of growth-focused initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive measurable results.
Strategic Growth Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans based on customer insights, market trends, and data analysis to drive adoption, retention, and revenue growth.
Collaboration with Product Teams: Partner with Product Managers to align marketing initiatives with product roadmaps, translating customer needs into actionable product requirements and growth opportunities.
Campaign Management: Design and execute data-driven marketing campaigns that enhance customer engagement, drive online sales, and maximize ROI.
Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign performance and growth metrics, leveraging insights to continuously optimize strategies and tactics.
What do you offer?
Education: Completed degree (university / university of applied science / higher technical college) Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
Experience: at least 5 years Marketing, preferably within the e-commerce or digital product space
You feel comfortable in a fast-changing environment
You bring a high affinity for optimization and technology
Demonstrated passion for data- and insight-driven marketing
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage campaigns and complex initiatives from concept to execution across all marketing disciplines
