Your Tasks
- Define, develop, and execute the Flight Data Monitoring strategy based on business priorities and customer needs
- Ensure Flight Data Monitoring services and platform capabilities remain aligned with applicable FDM/FOQA regulations, industry standards, and best practices (EOFDM)
- Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Support, Product Management, IT, and external operators to transform data insights into product, service, and business value
- Develop and deliver value-added Flight Data Monitoring services, including standard reports, dedicated customer reports, benchmarking studies, and ad-hoc analyses
- Support the development of Digital Airworthiness and Digital CAMO capabilities by contributing fleet data insights, reliability analyses, and compliance-related inputs.
- Support negotiations with customers and attend and deliver presentations at customer events, contribute to business cases, commercial offerings, customer workshops, as well as sales activities related to data-driven services
With this you convince us
- Higher education in an aerospace / aircraft discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an operational aviation environment (airline, business aviation operator or aviation service provider) and hands-on experience in Flight Data Monitoring (FDM/FOQA) program management or flight data analysis
- Advanced proficiency in FDM/FOQA software platforms and flight data analysis tools, including configuration, event definition, data interpretation and reporting, as well as compliance with EASA, FAA, ICAO and SMS Standards
- A pilot license with a commercial operation experience is beneficial (candidates which lost their license due to medical issues are welcome to apply)
- Very good written and spoken English (at least C1)
- Independent, organized and accurate personality with excellent communication/reporting skills
