Legal Counsel - Corporate Finance

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on day-to-day legal and regulatory matters;

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, financing agreements, NDAs, and corporate documents;

• Support governance processes, board meetings, and statutory records;

• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies;

• Provide legal input on financing, treasury, and potential deals.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in law + bar admission;

• 7-10 years' professional experience, ideally in-house;

• Fluent in English and German (written & spoken);

• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills;

• Organized, proactive, and able to work both independently and in teams.
