IHRE AUFGABEN

• Representation of Management Accounting as part of Core Banking replacement and Finance programme: Ensuring the Management Accounting related aspects are accurately represented and configured in the Core Banking implementation

• Impact Assessment Management Accounting domain: Gathering of business requirements for Management Accounting applications resulting from the core banking and markets implementation

• Data Analysis: Collect, analyse, and interpret business data requirements for the Management Accounting domain

• Solution Development: Collaborate with IT teams to design, implement, and test solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations

• Change Management: Support organizational change by communicating and syndication changes to stakeholders

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience in large scale transformation programmes in the banking industry

• Strong experience in management accounting and banking operations in particular regarding finance system’s integration with upstream applications such as trading platforms, core banking or risk management tools

• Strong understanding of processes and requirements regarding cost allocation, P&L generation, products profitability calculations and cost & profit center accounting

• Strong understanding of financial products and services (e.g. Structured or OTC products, Corporate Actions) and their process-wise interplay with Operations, Markets

• SAP BW/4HANA related certificates are a plus

• Hands-on and delivery focussed

• English language skills is a must, German skills not, but beneficial
