The training sessions and courses are okay, as are the employee development programs, which are offered on a regular basis. We receive regular updates via email. The benefits aren't too bad, but they aren't great either. Unfortunately, I can't think of any other positives.

Unfortunately, the company has internal problems that it hasn't been able to get under control for years. Many employees are dissatisfied with the work hours, the uniforms, teamwork, and general working conditions. As soon as you make mistakes (which, depending on the situation, may be tolerated), you get ahead—but if you don’t make mistakes, nothing major changes in terms of career advancement, and your future remains at the same level. In the end, you only get into a certain routine if you’re patient and can control yourself well. The work isn’t easy, no matter what you’ve done before. You really only understand it once you’re actually doing it yourself :).

Nothing motivates you to work for a longer time, only if only if you fail and have no other choice then stay here, otherwise it's a waste of time.

In every aspect, The salary is very very low, also the supervisors need to be re-educated because they behave like the are living in 1923 not in 2023.
