I have been with the company for several years and have gained valuable professional insights. The tasks were varied and generally offered opportunities for growth. The work atmosphere was positive at first, but it has changed significantly over time. In particular, I increasingly found internal communication to be lacking in transparency and, at times, contradictory. Decisions were not always explained in a way that was easy to understand. The application process was structured and professionally organized. My onboarding into the company went accordingly well. I see room for improvement primarily in the areas of leadership and communication. In my view, a clearer, more consistent approach, along with an open attitude toward feedback, would contribute significantly to a better work environment.

Apart from saving there is no strategy at GL, today like this, tomorrow different. Since little has been invested for years, internal systems are often outdated. In addition, there was no proper planning, so that savings are now being made on employees and internal events - the main thing is that the bonus is right at the top. The building is also outdated. The employees are treated as numbers, and some people are currently being dismissed. At the same time, however, we were obliged to work overtime every year. Positive is the cohesion in the teams, and the support of TL.

I've been with this company a long time. On the surface it is a very good company if you want to keep a job for a long time. Due to the merger which took place this year with another international company, every workplace is now in danger. There is more and more divorce for this reason. Further development is only possible to a limited extent and only if the respective superior can benefit from it. You are slowed down at a certain level. Without vitamin B you can't get anywhere. If things would change in management and in the transparency of the corporate culture, it would be a great employer. There is still much to be done here. Therefore only 3 stars.
