Taking days off on short notice, generally decently organized for the sheer amount of throughput expected and ready to give clothing when necessary. (Such as a winter coat as it's quite frosty in the entire hall in the winter)

Improvement in morale (removal of rough language such as insults and slurs), being able to communicate with your employer better if you're sick or not (early shift) and generally the vibe were for me personally the biggest points of contention. I really hope there is going to be positive change and the company can find ways to improve morale and improve the working environment to more than "I'm doing my time cause I have to". I would also love a better way of communicating to people who chose to not use their personal phone to communicate for non-private matters (such as whatsapp to communicate while working)
