As a former employee, I found the products and solutions to be high-quality and technically interesting. The company operates in an exciting market and offers excellent products. Unfortunately, I found the internal communication to be inadequate. During my onboarding, due to an organizational oversight, I did not receive my own computer for more than a month, which unnecessarily complicated the start of my work. Additionally, there was no structured introduction to the programs and systems used, so I had to find much of the information on my own. In general, I had the impression that communication on the part of management could be improved. Decisions and expectations were not always clearly communicated, which made collaboration difficult. Areas for improvement: - Internal communication - Structured onboarding of new employees - Clear responsibilities and information flow - Provision of necessary work equipment starting on the first day of work
