Too high expectations or simply unprofessional?

I would have expected a professional application process from a company like the Inselgruppe, especially for a management position. But the behaviour of HR was snobbish and unprofessional from the first contact to the second interview, so I cancelled my application. Too bad, the job could have been very exciting.

Unfortunately, I have not been able to find anything really positive in my experience. Even basic organizational processes such as communication, appointments or respectful interaction do not work reliably. In my case, a real quality feature was not recognizable.
This could be improved
Communication with applicants and the general tone in the recruitment process are in great need of improvement. Appointments are canceled at short notice or not kept, clear agreements are ignored afterwards. There is a complete lack of respect and appreciation in interpersonal dealings - an untenable situation, especially in a company with a medical-social mission. The behavior of individual managers was unprofessional and at times bordered on disrespect. There is an urgent need for internal training and a new attitude towards employees and applicants.
