This works well in the company
I worked in a department that went pretty well. But the IT department is in a bad way. The IT boss is infiltrated, there is no support from the old-established employees for new ideas, according to the motto "I'm against it", there is bullying about what the stuff holds. Whether you complain to social services or HR, nothing helps. A dream employer turned into a nightmare.
This could be improved

Too high expectations or simply unprofessional?

I would have expected a professional application process from a company like the Inselgruppe, especially for a management position. But the behaviour of HR was snobbish and unprofessional from the first contact to the second interview, so I cancelled my application. Too bad, the job could have been very exciting.

Inflexible planning, poor remuneration
11 October 2018October 2018
The team is working well, the station management can't plan. Study days are forgotten. 13 working days in a row are created in this way. The wage is close to the recommended minimum wage and the excess is only sparsely credited.

Bad working climate, weak leadership. My advice is hands off, especially in this department.

Basically, the Inselspital can be summarized as follows: either employees who have been doing the same job for decades and show a corresponding "I don't care" mentality, or employees leave again after a very short time (weeks or months). Previously I thought it was the clinic, now I'm employed at the fourth clinic and it's the same everywhere. There's obviously an "island worm." Either you quit in time and don't get infected or you also end up as a "me-is-everything-negal" employee....
