Not much work, but not much pay either

There is potential for improvement in all areas of the organization - from management to employees.

I still have no idead about the company and how things are run in the IT Department.

Interview was not going into depths and they pretty much did not ask any questions that could be used for them. Waited over two weeks after the first Interview to get a feedback.

Temporary MA HF. Complaints go directly to the business Temp.office without talking to their own and Temp.MA. My opinion - PDL without understanding for their and temporary MA. Such situations are what make our very good, barely foothold graduate nurses change profession. Not necessary. Sad. Too bad. Unclear, vague reasons given by the HR employee for the job rejection. Clear, meaningful feedback from a superior would be desirable and professional.
