This works well in the company

My coworkers are nice and really helpful, no matter where I go. They’re the heart and soul of the company.

This could be improved

- Management wasn't really there. There isn't enough focus on operational matters. - The HR department is weak and only focuses on the company. - There is no HR department to handle labor law issues. - There isn't much stability right now. The company needs to improve if it is to truly call itself part of Migros.
