I completed my apprenticeship at the company and was then allowed to stay on—which was already a strong sign of appreciation and trust for me. I still really enjoy the work today, as I have varied tasks and can actively contribute. I particularly appreciate the good teamwork, open communication, and supportive management culture. You are encouraged, given opportunities for further development, and feel that you are really taken seriously as an employee. Overall, there is a very pleasant working atmosphere that makes you enjoy coming to work.

Overall, the company is already very well organized and offers a pleasant working environment. However, in some areas, the existing benefits could be further developed to make the overall package even more attractive in the long term.

Good teamwork, good working atmosphere, massive investment in better working conditions and modern IT. Management is very approachable and makes an effort to get in touch with "ordinary" employees.

I spent few years in this company, what a deception… no chance to come back here A lot of promesses at the beginning and what a disappointment from my managers that made me leave… to tired, to stressful… A team of managers well below the expectations of customers and employees : No more communication between some essential services because managers just think about theirselve. The teams in the depots and the sales are abandoned and have no encouragement from their managers salary are also lacking. No wage panel and overall low wages for more and more work especially for 2 years, many people have left … too much
