The administrative employees, however, have different possibilities to organize their time well. You can learn and improve a lot if you want. You can also have a great career if you are active and positive. For these employees, the door is open to an interesting career or further development opportunities.

Some employees (not many) have little drive to change and when you meet them, it's hard to push new ideas and improve something. The introductory programme has often not been sufficient in the past (for myself I could rate it 75%). However, I know that several departments pay more attention to it, but it also depends on the work and the supervisor... It's certainly not perfect here, but on the other hand the grass isn't much greener either.

That is gold value in the work since one spends more time there than with the family. Working conditions are good, smokers may smoke during working hours. Depending on what kind of product is running, you have very comfortable days. There are also days where you have to give 150%, but this balances out with the other comfortable days. You don't have to understand anything nothing comes from nothing if you don't run, you have to bump into him like a car if the battaria is empty.

Terrible
You are placed on the machine and then the team leaders wait for you to be able to do everything. Very bad training. If you ask questions, the team leaders get ugly. The superiors assume that the atmosphere is very good. They're massively mistaken, nothing's good. But if you raise an objection, you have the team leaders on your back who will make your life in this place a living hell. I thought it was just me, but with consultation with other employees, all this has been confirmed.
