This works well in the company

In my personal experience, the Luzerner Kantonalbank has a very solid technical structure. The risk culture is clear, consistent and is practiced on a daily basis. The employees are competent, committed and strongly connected to the bank. At the same time, the high quality standards lead to complex processes and a noticeably slower pace. The working environment is professional and stable, but requires patience and adaptability.

This could be improved

At Luzerner Kantonalbank, I experience a high level of expertise and a strong risk culture. At the same time, the processes are sometimes very complex and cumbersome on a day-to-day basis. Roles, interfaces and expectations are not always defined clearly enough. This leads to friction and costs time in operational business.
