Good day First of all, I'm sorry we obviously couldn't help you with your job search. As long-standing intermediaries, we also wish to be able to take all age groups into account when recruiting. The labour market - and also the teams in the companies - need both the younger and the (very) experienced employees. We have taken your mail as an opportunity to look again at our placement statistics for 2017. We saw that about every second candidacy was over 40 years old (but we were also able to mediate Ü50, plus 60+ on a regular basis). But... We've seen from our statistics too: There are very industry-specific differences. In general, it should be noted that we provide our services on behalf of companies looking for personnel.
