At times, I had the impression that such contributions were met with resistance or a competitive mindset, rather than being seen as an opportunity for the team. Personal development and collaboration with other departments could also have been supported more strongly. Communication between teams sometimes seemed somewhat closed off, and it wasn’t always easy to find contacts who were willing to share knowledge or actively promote collaboration. Additionally, I had the impression that hierarchies were sometimes exploited, and employees or interns were required to take on tasks that had little to do with their actual professional development and instead served the personal interests of individual supervisors. This can be demotivating and prevents existing potential from being utilized effectively. In my opinion, a more open culture of feedback and communication, along with greater support and appreciation for dedicated employees, would significantly improve both the work environment and the company’s long-term capacity for innovation.
