I see room for improvement, particularly in the corporate culture and in how the company handles motivated employees. In my view, initiative, suggestions for improvement, and a commitment to optimizing existing processes were not sufficiently encouraged or recognized. At times, I had the impression that such contributions were met with resistance or a competitive mindset, rather than being seen as an opportunity for the team. Personal development and collaboration with other departments could also have been supported more strongly. Communication between teams sometimes seemed somewhat closed off, and it wasn’t always easy to find contacts who were willing to share knowledge or actively promote collaboration. Additionally, I had the impression that hierarchies were sometimes exploited, and employees or interns were required to take on tasks that had little to do with their actual professional development and instead served the personal interests of individual supervisors. This can be demotivating and prevents existing potential from being utilized effectively. In my opinion, a more open culture of feedback and communication, along with greater support and appreciation for dedicated employees, would significantly improve both the work environment and the company’s long-term capacity for innovation.

In my time, we had a great work team and it was fun, even if the days were long and a weekend was wasted here and there.

In communication, would be better to always express current.

Due to the high fluctuation, there are always opportunities for advancement, if that is what you want.

Internal communication is practically non-existent and much is only learned from the media. The appreciation of the employees is very low, which leads to great dissatisfaction. There is hardly any further training, as there is no time for this. The management structures and employment conditions are very outdated.

I don't know, I don't think the company is busy with re-branding...

The HR process is in trouble! On my application a single standard message that needs processing time. After almost 2 months of "radio silence" I assume that my candidacy will not be considered... I hope the other processes in the company work better! Tip: Regular status updates are not only polite and professional but also show respect for the candidate.

It took of course that the HR invited me because it can be imagined that many, many applications there, after a hard trial period, which is completely justified, I was and will always be kept up to date to meet the expectations. TOP
