Interesting, internationally oriented company
Collegial working atmosphere, good age mix (generally a young team, but employees over 50 are also hired!).
The personnel department is practically non-existent. The lady in charge cannot be reached by phone or e-mail. Out of 7 calls, 6 went into the void, once an assistant came forward who could not give any information. Mails, totalling 2, have never been answered. I find this approach extremely disresp...more
Thanks for the feedback. We are very sorry that during the end of the year there were not enough resources available to answer the mails/telephones.

Good employer; creative, modern environment with many possibilities. Smaller company, rural area - but with worldwide impact.

Laborious hiring process
The receptionist was very well informed and knew exactly what was going on and where I had to go. The people I met were friendly and helpful.
From application to reaction, weeks can pass, and a lot of patience is needed. Recruitment does not seem to be a priority.

Technologically interesting product. Interview at eye level
The interviews took place in pleasant surroundings, in modern offices. Company informed also in the first discussion in detail - it took place an effective discussion on eye level.
Medium-sized company. 1st interview was pleasant, but there was no follow-up interview. At first glance a pleasant, open company culture, rather small administration. Overall positive impression.
Sound (albeit somewhat late) feedback on my request. Well justified, why no invitation to an interview took place.
