Flexible working hours and home office option. Otherwise, there is a lot wrong in my opinion

Everywhere - chaotic, you can't find any documents or information, you have to ask around everywhere and waste more time searching than working. No communication, no feedback, and if any, then only negative. You are permanently under stress because you always receive information shortly before the deadline or you always have to do everything immediately. Careless mistakes are inevitable. Employees are not appreciated, unless you work overtime without end and are available 24/7. Extremely high fluctuation.
