I see the following areas for improvement: Some of the points promised at the time of hiring could not be implemented in practice as discussed. Regarding working from home, for example, flexibility was indicated during the job interview. After the probationary period, however, I was told that this would only be possible after a longer trial period. Greater consistency between what was promised and what was actually implemented would be desirable here. Regarding management style, I would like to see more room for independent work. Depending on the supervisor, work steps are closely monitored and solutions are frequently questioned, even when the result is correct. A little more trust in employees’ personal responsibility would make collaboration easier. I also see the workload as an issue. Some employees were working as many as 60 hours per week, and it was not uncommon to work on weekends or late into the evening. A more balanced distribution of the workload would improve work-life balance. The atmosphere within the team was also rather tense at times. There is potential here to strengthen teamwork. In terms of pay, I see room for improvement compared to the industry average. Additionally, continuing education isn’t consistently supported, which limits opportunities for professional development. The benefits are modest overall. The free parking and flexible work hours are worth mentioning, and I’d like to highlight them as positive aspects.
