I didn't actually have a bad experience. If you try hard and work well, you can gain leadership experience at a very young age and develop yourself further. The salary is in order and a little higher than the CLA, which is good. The employees are, by and large, all nice and good. Everybody helps everybody.

Who possesses abilities which I and the company can bring something far. Whoever believes to possess abilities and is a master in self-overestimation will not get further with Protectas than anywhere else in life. The past does not count here, because everyone gets the chance to get further. However, many will leave patience earlier before they experience the chance to get ahead. OK it has to be admitted that many have to wait very long, but often they themselves contribute to this state. Reward is where the GAV defines it. Since "virtually nothing" needs to be paid for this service by customers, the remuneration cannot be princely either.
