Unfortunately, communication was a little slow at the beginning and unfortunately somewhat poorly informed. This could be improved.

The working atmosphere is very pleasant and the employees respect each other. No one is left alone and everyone helps where they can.

In my opinion, IGP is a very good employer. I therefore have no suggestions for improvement at the moment.

The IGP is already doing many things very well. It is therefore difficult to see any potential for improvement. Salaries are in line with the market for Eastern Switzerland. It might be possible to retain younger employees financially even more quickly.

Chapeau IGP ! The application process was smooth, uncomplicated, friendly and transparent. Great working atmosphere, flexible working hours and great offers for employees.

IGP is very open and the right employees are important to them. I don't see any potential for improvement in the application process. It ran smoothly, quickly, transparently and openly. The company is very professional, from the application process to the induction phase.

I have generally had very positive experiences so far. The working atmosphere in the entire company is great, you have very friendly and helpful colleagues and a flat hierarchy. I can always talk to my colleagues and superiors if I have problems, ideas or suggestions for improvement and my points and opinions are always taken seriously.

As an intern in the company, I see potential for improvement in the fact that I would like to gain an even deeper insight into the area in which I work in order to acquire new skills and gain more experience.

There's a structure and a clear process here. The positive thing about it is that you know exactly what to do.

I haven't noticed anything particularly conspicuous at the moment. There is always room for optimization, but sometimes things are just fine the way they are. The challenge is to decide what should be changed - a common task for any company. Overall, the company is at a high level.

I get to do very varied tasks and enjoy coming to work every morning.

I think the cohesion among the learners could still be improved a little.

Since I am doing my apprenticeship at IGP, I can only report from this perspective. 2-3 events during the year for the apprentices, where they can do an activity together and thus maintain contact. E.g. bowling, climbing, going out to eat,.... The learners are specially supported, also with various projects. This is a good thing, but you should make sure that it is not too much for the students.
