As in any company, there’s always room for improvement. Continuing to improve communication is really the icing on the cake.

As the clear market leader, we understand that maintaining this position requires a daily commitment. This is achieved not only through top-quality products, but also through many other important factors, such as delivery reliability, customer service, communication, technical support, and a wide range of services related to custom products and testing.

So far, I haven’t noticed anything negative. For a company of this size, the family-like culture is very strong, and people—whether customers or employees—are the top priority. This is appreciated both internally and externally.

The work during the apprenticeship is adapted to the apprentices and consideration is given to them. If problems arise, we can approach our supervisors at any time and a solution is sought together.

In some departments, new tasks could be given to the apprentices so that everyday life becomes more varied.

The working atmosphere is very pleasant and the employees respect each other.

I think it's very good how our vocational trainer keeps talking to make sure we're doing well here. That way I would also feel more confident to say something to her if I had a concern.

So far, I haven't noticed anything where I see potential for improvement.

The overall positive atmosphere in the company is striking. You are met with friendliness and open-mindedness, while at the same time you sense a great deal of expertise in the individual segments and a high level of motivation.

So far I see no need for improvement, the company has exceeded my expectations in all areas. The entire recruitment process was well structured and very pleasantly conducted as a dialog rather than a pure interview. The time intervals between the individual recruitment steps were pleasantly short. The onboarding was very well organized, all departments were well prepared and willing to provide information. A high level of competence was evident everywhere and you were immediately accepted as part of a large team.

Many things are going well in the company, especially the teamwork. You can rely on your colleagues and there is a good atmosphere in the office. I also find that the processes are clear and well organized, which makes work easier.

I think we could improve communication and the filing of documents so that everything goes faster. I notice in the office that short distances and clear processes make everyday life much easier. What I like about IGP Pulvertechnik is that you can talk openly about such ideas.

The response times during the application process were very fast. There was open, respectful and honest communication at eye level. The very good working atmosphere was experienced in the 2nd interview on site.

So far, I have not discovered any potential for improvement in the application process.
