The company is very customer-focused and places great emphasis on meeting individual customer needs to the best of its ability. Customer satisfaction is a top priority and is at the heart of our daily operations. I particularly appreciate the diversity of the department. As an employee, you gain insight into numerous areas—from technical administration to production and logistics to delivery. This creates a very varied work environment with a wide range of learning opportunities. Anyone who shows interest and wants to grow is supported and encouraged. This makes the role particularly well-suited for gaining comprehensive experience and developing both professionally and personally.

In my view, the management style seems outdated and is characterized by a very high degree of control. Independent work and trust are hardly encouraged—not even among long-term employees. Employees often feel as though they can be replaced at any time, rather than being perceived as a valuable part of the company. In my view, the salaries also no longer reflect current market rates. There are practically no additional benefits; only the benefits required by law are provided. Those who join in the middle of the year sometimes start with a negative balance, since they have to make up for bridge days and the Christmas closure. I find this approach to be rather unfriendly toward employees. Suggestions for improvement are often not taken seriously or are dismissed with a laugh, which gives the impression that constructive feedback is not welcome. In addition, I have experienced situations that I perceived as unequal treatment or gender discrimination. Overall, I see a significant need for improvement in the areas of leadership culture, recognition, compensation, and employee engagement.
