YOUR MISSION

  • Measurements, Analysis, and Inspections management activities (incl. Change Control, Non-conformities, Complaints and CAPA) :
    • Provide clear direction for change and assist others department in change management activities (creation, impact assessment, implementation).
    • Investigate quality issues to identify root causes and ensure issues are addressed and resolved in collaboration with other departments and suppliers.
    • Review, compile, and analyze information to prepare reports.
  • Supplier Management activities:
    • Execute initial supplier qualification (evaluation, establishment of quality agreement, audits…).
    • Maintain the qualified status of our approved supplier. 
  • Operations Quality Activities:
    • Execute release activity of incoming inspection and manufacturing activities.
    • Participate in collaboration with the Head of manufacturing in the elaboration of manufacturing documentation for new product introduction.
  • General Quality Management Activities:
    • Participate in the continuous improvement of the quality management system (update of SOP/WI….)
    • Assist in internal/external audit realization.
    • Assist in process validation activities.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in science or QHSE
  • Basic Knowledge of quality environment requirements (ISO 13485 or ISO 9001)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficient in using office automation technology (Word, Visio, Sharepoint etc.)
