- Technically lead infrastructure projects from conception to successful implementation
- Competently advise customers on IT infrastructure, modern workplace, and lifecycle management
- Analyse, optimise, and further develop Microsoft 365 and VMware environments
- Create technical solution concepts and coordinate their implementation with internal specialists
- Independently manage and monitor project goals, deadlines, quality, and costs
- Professionally lead, support, and further develop assigned support staff
- Act as the technical contact person between customers, support, engineering, and other project participants
- Several years of professional experience in technical IT project management as well as in supporting demanding IT customers
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Mobile Device Management, and Microsoft Teams
- Solid experience with VMware technologies, especially Horizon VDI and VMware ESXi
- Experience in designing and further developing modern IT infrastructures and workplace solutions
- Strong consulting, communication, and leadership skills as well as a structured and independent working style
- Fluent German skills (C2) and very good English skills (B2)
- Possession of a category B driving licence

Responsibilities
- Take technical responsibility for the operation and further development of defined customer environments- Technically lead infrastructure projects from conception to successful implementation
- Competently advise customers on IT infrastructure, modern workplace, and lifecycle management
- Analyse, optimise, and further develop Microsoft 365 and VMware environments
- Create technical solution concepts and coordinate their implementation with internal specialists
- Independently manage and monitor project goals, deadlines, quality, and costs
- Professionally lead, support, and further develop assigned support staff

Profile
- Completed education in computer science, for example, IT specialist EFZ with further training, certified computer scientist HF, or comparable qualification- Several years of professional experience in technical IT project management as well as in supporting demanding IT customers
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Mobile Device Management, and Microsoft Teams
- Solid experience with VMware technologies, especially Horizon VDI and VMware ESXi
- Experience in designing and further developing modern IT infrastructures and workplace solutions
- Strong consulting, communication, and leadership skills as well as a structured and independent working style
