Your daily routine:

• Customer orders and quotations: You create, process and bring them to completion – from enquiry to delivery
• Project management: You accompany the order through all phases, keep an overview and ensure everything runs smoothly
• Purchasing and coordination: You clarify prices, dates and coordinate with suppliers – directly and reliably
• Opportunities and leads: You record, track and drive them forward – turning interest into orders
• Complaints and returns: You handle what needs to be handled – pragmatically and solution-oriented
• Training administration: You organise, coordinate and keep operations running
• Guest care: You are the face and first point of contact for internal and external visitors

What you bring:

• Commercial training or basic technical training (e.g. automation technician) with further training as a technical sales assistant
• Good Office 365 skills, SAP ERP/CRM advantageous
• Technical understanding – you want to know what you are talking about
• Communication skills with a sales flair – you convince rather than persuade
• Team spirit and service orientation – you deliver, but not alone
• German native speaker, English and other national languages advantageous
