To strengthen our sales back office team in Hausen, we are looking for a

Sales Back Office Clerk (m/f/d) 100%

You are the active hub of our sales: You plan customer appointments, prepare routes, process sales opportunities and create quotations – thus keeping the sales process moving.

Your tasks

• Efficient route planning for our Sales Managers by region,

• priority and sales opportunity.

• Arranging and confirming viewing, consultation and customer appointments including complete documentation.

• Proactive telephone customer contact including cold calling

• and campaign calls.

• Qualification of leads as well as structured handover to the Sales Managers.

• Creation, review and consistent follow-up of quotations

  of all sizes.

• Maintenance of all customer and sales data in CRM/ERP in close cooperation with the sales team.

Your profile

• Completed commercial basic training or

equivalent qualification.

• Experience in sales back office, customer service or telephone sales.

• Fluent German and confident use of MS Office,

  CRM and ERP systems.

• Strong sales and service orientation with a convincing

  telephone manner.

• Organisational talent and high accuracy even with

  changing priorities.

• Enjoyment of active customer contact, teamwork and

  independent working.
