Your profile:

• Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH with experience or further training in the field of psychiatry
• Enjoyment in working with elderly people and interest in psychiatric issues
• Empathy, warmth and respect in dealing with our residents
• Confident handling of challenging situations and a solution-oriented way of working
• Enjoyment in working in an interdisciplinary team

Your tasks:

• Holistic care and support of our residents with special attention to their psychological and psychosocial needs
• The opportunity to actively contribute and further develop your psychiatric expertise
• Observation, assessment and documentation of changes in mental state
• Planning and implementation of individual care and support measures
• Professional handling of challenging behaviours and crisis situations
• Professional support of the care team in psychiatric matters
• Goal- and solution-oriented collaboration in the interdisciplinary team
