Would you like to contribute with your SAP HCM expertise to further developing our HR system landscape for agency sales and our Zurich Switzerland employees – while simultaneously taking the next step towards SuccessFactors and modern HR technologies?

In this role, you are part of the HR business unit in the HR Technology & Analytics team at Zurich Switzerland. With your expertise at the interface of HR and technology, you actively shape the further development of our HR system landscape and ensure that central HR processes function reliably and efficiently. You work closely with various stakeholders, contribute your ideas to projects and optimisations, and develop sustainable solutions for agency sales as well as our employees. At the same time, the role offers you the opportunity to get to know modern HR technologies, gain experience in the environment of SuccessFactors Employee Central, and specifically expand your professional expertise.

What to expect

• Together with the relevant interfaces, you ensure stable operation of the SAP HCM modules in two SAP systems and reliably monitor the connections to the surrounding systems
• You actively participate in projects, develop viable solutions for HR and payroll, and independently resolve disruptions
• You accompany changes holistically throughout the entire life cycle, from design and customising through implementation to successful deployment
• You bring together different requirements, coordinate programme changes in partnership with the development department, and contribute proactively to the planning of upgrades and support packages
• You have the opportunity to get involved in the environment of SuccessFactors Employee Central and specifically develop your know-how in the cloud HR environment

What distinguishes you

• Several years of experience in the administration and support of SAP HCM, ideally with a focus on PY, PA and OM
• Sound knowledge of HCM standard processes as well as the associated customising, especially in the context of Swiss payroll
• Familiarity with schemas, cycles and calculation rules; ABAP, SQL or reporting skills are an advantage
• Interest in modern HR technologies; experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central is a plus
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills
