Senior ICT System Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- You take on the technical responsibility for the customer operation
- You provide 2nd/3rd level support and remote deployments
- You contribute improvement suggestions for products and contracts
- You carry out service orders and small projects on hybrid ICT systems
- You are responsible for the operation and maintenance of high-availability platforms
Qualifications:
- You have a solid technical IT education (certificate of competence, advanced professional examination, NDS or Bachelor)
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience as an ICT System Engineer
- You have experience with standardisation and automation
- Your technical and analytical skills distinguish you
- You hold a category B driving licence and have very good German as well as good English skills
