Your tasks:

• You answer general questions about the customer loyalty program
• You are responsible for the info line, helpdesk, and technical support
• You record new registrations and are responsible for processing address changes and returns
• You are responsible for covering all communication channels (telephone and postal mail)
• You are responsible for passing on relevant information
• You receive complaints and process them

Your profile:

• You speak Swiss German and French fluently
• English and Italian? Even better! If you are proficient in these languages, it is a plus
• You have completed commercial training or business school and already have some office experience
• You are proficient in using a PC and have advanced IT skills – Excel, Word & Co. are familiar to you
• Communication is your strength – you can express yourself clearly and professionally and always keep an overview
• You work in a structured and reliable manner – chaos? Not with you!
• You enjoy advising and bring an empathetic personality
