To strengthen the Commercial Property Management team within our Plan-les-Ouates agency, we are currently looking for an Assistant Property Manager.
Your main responsibilities:
- Administrative management of leases (drafting, renewals, amendments);
- Monitoring the processing of routine terminations;
- Checking tenant files;
- Following up on entry, preliminary and exit condition reports;
- Issuing work orders and monitoring payment of supplier invoices;
- Managing correspondence with tenants, owners and service providers.
Your profile:
- Commercial employee CFC, ideally in property management;
- First successful experience in a property management department within a Swiss agency;
- Good writing skills and spelling;
- Good comprehension, adaptability and analytical skills;
- Precise, proactive, rigorous and autonomous;
- Proficient with common IT tools, especially Excel.
