What to expect with us

• You actively develop operational risk management as well as group-wide risk control.
• You conduct risk assessments, develop risk scenarios and are responsible for their consolidated evaluation.
• You carry out independent reviews and effectiveness checks, including in the area of audit tracking and completed measures.
• You aggregate and analyse risk and control data, further develop it and prepare the results clearly, understandably and appropriately for the target audience.
• You conduct analyses of significant incidents that have occurred and derive recommendations for efficiency and effectiveness improvements.
• You use modern tools for automation and visualisation, further develop them and actively shape projects, processes and new solutions.

What you bring with you

• You have several years of professional experience in operational risk management in the financial sector, in a second-line function, in internal control systems or in a comparable environment.
• You possess a sound understanding of risks, controls and governance contexts and can independently assess complex matters.
• You are proficient in processing and analysing large data sets and derive relevant insights from them.
• You have a high affinity for tools and very good knowledge in the automation and visualisation of data; experience with Power BI is an advantage.
• You prepare complex content in a structured, understandable and convincing manner for different stakeholder groups.
• You work independently and solution-oriented, present yourself confidently and contribute actively to the further development of our growing company.
