IT Program Manager (m/f/d)

Tasks you will enjoy

Responsibility for the management and control of the HR IT programme including planning, coordination and prioritisation of all IT initiatives and transformation topics in the Human Resources area
Derivation of a common understanding of the required HR capabilities as a basis for their targeted use, harmonisation and further development
Co-design, control and ongoing development of the HR IT roadmap
Assuming a clear control and orchestration role at the interface between HR and IT stakeholders
Ensuring appropriate project and delivery approaches (traditional, hybrid, agile) for the efficient implementation of project undertakings
Close collaboration with the HR department
Supporting strategic initiatives in the Human Resources area through structured IT-side planning and coordination
Ensuring and optimising the operational operation of HR applications, including ensuring compliance and legal requirements (e.g. SoX)

Completed studies in business informatics, computer science or business administration or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in managing complex IT programmes, project portfolios or transformation initiatives, ideally in the HR or SAP-related environment
Sound understanding of IT architecture principles, especially integrated application landscapes, target architectures, interfaces as well as cloud and SaaS solutions
Ability to analyse complex contexts or processes and implement optimisation potentials to act as a competent sparring partner for the specialist departments

Analytical and structured thinking as well as initiative and a sense of responsibility are inherent to you
Strong communication and coordination skills as well as a confident, level-appropriate appearance towards management and internal stakeholders

Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
