Specialist Risk & Governance Individual Life (m/f/d)

Do you want to work in a governance role that actively drives topics forward, shapes them, and works closely with the specialist departments?
In this role, you are part of the Life business unit in the Governance area at Zurich Switzerland. Together as a team, you ensure that our life insurance products and processes meet regulatory requirements - while remaining customer-oriented and efficient. In close exchange with colleagues from Individual Life, you keep an overview of current developments. With your precise way of working, you create transparency and develop pragmatic processes that really work in everyday life.
What to expect
- You take the lead in cross-functional regulatory adjustments and in the further development of policies in Individual Life - from interpretation to effectively implemented control
- You coordinate audits and reviews across various teams: from preparation and support to providing evidence and following up on measures
- You identify risks early, assess and quantify them, and ensure the implementation of appropriate measures
- You are responsible for the overall overview of product governance in Individual Life, including the associated conditions
- You work closely with Pricing, Product Management, and the relevant Second-Line functions and shape a clear, constructive collaboration
What distinguishes you
- Degree from a university or university of applied sciences - or an equivalent insurance-specific further education
- Experience in an actuarial function, risk and control management, or audit
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking as well as the ability to explain complex matters simply and appropriately for the audience
- Experience in managing, coordinating, and successfully implementing cross-departmental topics
- Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
