• Collaboration with Case Management, the recourse department, and consulting doctors
• Coordination with the involved social insurance providers
• Maintaining contact with agencies, brokers, and key clients
• Providing information to policyholders and insured persons
• Participation in projects and support in daily operations
• Diverse tasks with personal responsibility in a collegial environment

• Commercial or medical basic training (ideally in the insurance sector)
• Precise, structured, and solution-oriented working style
