Specialist Sales Internal Service Climate Systems 80-100% (m/f)
With these tasks, you ensure happy customers:
- Independently creating and processing offers as well as competently advising our customers by phone and e-mail
- Supporting the field service with enquiries, offers, and project processing
- Carrying out calculations and pricing as well as clarifying the feasibility of special products
- Providing information on products, prices, discounts, stock levels, and delivery dates
- Supporting other internal service tasks as needed
You lead us to success if you:
- have a basic technical education in the HVAC sector
- have experience in internal service
- possess technical flair
- have good SAP and MS Office skills, preferably
- always act in a customer-oriented manner
- enjoy communicating and do so well
