An experienced system engineer is sought for an IT company to technically support customer environments and take responsibility for the implementation of projects and changes. The role includes planning, installation, and operation of modern IT platforms in the Microsoft environment.
In addition to operational management, analysing technical requirements and sustainably resolving faults are part of the responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Take responsibility for technical projects and changes
Design, install, and operate customer platforms
Check new and changed requirements for their technical feasibility
Analyse faults, initiate appropriate measures, and monitor their implementation
Support and further develop Microsoft-based server and client environments
Qualifications:
Several years of professional experience as a system engineer and continuous professional development
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft server and client environments
Good practical experience with Azure, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
Knowledge of Exchange On-Premises and/or Exchange Online
Fluent German skills; English skills are an advantage
