Looking for an exciting challenge? To strengthen our team, we are seeking you immediately or by arrangement as a Support Operator with Technical Responsibility. You ensure a stable and efficient support operation, coordinate support deployments, and actively work in 1st and 2nd level support. At the same time, you are the technical contact point for our System Engineers and continuously develop our support processes.
Your tasks
- Technical responsibility for a stable and customer-oriented support operation (Service Centre)
- Creation, organisation and management of the periodic support schedule
- Active, independent handling of customer enquiries in 1st and 2nd level support (hardware, software, network, Microsoft 365, Windows client/server).
- Triage, prioritisation and coordination of ticket processing together with our dispatcher
- Technical support for our System Engineers in more complex faults
- Monitoring and further development of support quality, workflows and knowledge base
Your profile
- Completed training in IT or comparable qualification
- Several years of solid experience in ICT support and troubleshooting
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows client/server and network basics
- Experience with ticketing and ITSM platforms
- Ability to triage and prioritise incidents according to urgency and business impact; basic ITIL knowledge is an advantage
- Initiative and the ability to professionally guide and support colleagues
- High customer and service orientation as well as strong communication skills
- Independent, structured working style as well as high resilience and flexibility
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
