This is exactly where you come in: Together with our subject matter experts, you prepare technical knowledge for product management, sales, service, partners and customers. From this, you develop and maintain clear trainings, learning journeys, documentation and digital knowledge content.
Your mission: You make technical know-how accessible and ensure that the appropriate learning content reaches the respective target groups.

Your impact:
- Development, maintenance and updating of learning journeys, trainings and learning materials for different target groups
- Translation of expert knowledge together with our subject matter experts into clear, reusable and scalable learning and knowledge content
- Coordination of topics, dates and requirements from different company areas for the implementation of learning content
- Responsibility for LMS operations, target groups, learning paths, assignments, as well as reporting and success measurement
- Creation and updating of learning content on products and releases for employees, partners and customers
- Coordination of external partners for instructional design and content production
- Maintenance and structured preparation of existing knowledge content in knowledge management
In short: You turn individual expert knowledge into clear and usable learning content.
What you bring:
- Training or degree in learning & development, educational technology, instructional design, business, engineering or comparable practical experience
- Experience in learning & development, enablement, knowledge management or a comparable environment
- Understanding of instructional design as well as the ability to structure complex knowledge clearly and target group appropriately
- Experience with learning management systems, learning platforms and reporting is an advantage
- Ideally experience in a technical or software-related environment
- Strong organisational and coordination skills as well as enjoyment in bringing together different technical and commercial stakeholders
- Independent, pragmatic and implementation-oriented working style with strong communication and facilitation skills
- Very good English (C1) and good German skills (B2)
